About This Role
Provide high-level executive support to US & UK C-suite leaders. Manage executive calendars, complex travel arrangements, inbox triage, and client communications.
Responsibilities
Manage complex C-level Google Workspace & Outlook calendars across multiple time zones.
Perform proactive daily inbox management, drafting professional responses and prioritizing action items.
Prepare board decks, meeting summaries, and executive briefing documents.
Coordinate travel itineraries, expense reports, and vendor communications.
Requirements
Near-native spoken and written English communication skills.
Minimum 2 years of experience supporting C-level executives or US clients remotely.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Asana, and Zoom.
High attention to detail, confidentiality, and proactive problem-solving.
